Quad Lock

I want to make it clear upfront that I'm not sponsored by Quad Lock or Evotech Performance. I've invested my own money in these products and I'm sharing my experience because it's been nothing short of excellent. If you're considering diving into the Quad Lock system, maybe my experience will be useful to you.

On my Ducati Multistrada V2, I've equipped the Evotech Performance mount along with the Quad Lock vibration dampener and wireless charging head (as can be seen above), and it's proven to be a fantastic setup. The phone, mounted in landscape orientation just above the bike display, is perfect for navigating with Calimoto or simply using the phone on the go.

I should also mention the Quad Lock Mag cases I've used for my iPhone 12 Pro Max and the one I recently purchased for my iPhone 15 Pro Max. They are exceptional cases that have become a permanent addition to each phone I've paired them with.

When I got my KTM 890 Duke GP, my immediate search led me to the Quad Lock solution. The Evotech Performance handlebar clamp mount, combined with a vibration dampener seemed like the ideal choice.

Admittedly, there was a moment when I contemplated not using my phone on the KTM. However, after my first ride to Buxton without it, I realized how valuable having the phone front and centre has been on my Multistrada rides, especially when I had no clue about my destination. So, I've decided to get the Quad Lock for my KTM, ensuring I have the same convenience and functionality during my rides.

I'm still contemplating whether to invest in the wireless charging head for the KTM. Given that this bike isn't primarily for long rides, and my phone holds its charge exceptionally well, I'm weighing the necessity. On a positive note, I've already made a small aesthetic upgrade by purchasing a black Quad Lock lever to replace the standard blue one, as the latter just didn't complement the bike's look.

In the picture of my KTM above, you can also see the awesome keyring that I had made.
