Happy New Year
As 2024 fades into the rearview mirror, it’s time to reflect on a year that, while marked by challenges, also offered moments of creativity, connection, and growth.
A Year of Illness and Resilience
For much of 2024, my progress was slowed by ongoing health challenges. It often felt like the year passed by without much happening, especially as illness prevented me from participating in some events I had been looking forward to, including Motorcycle Live. However, these challenges have underscored the importance of pacing myself and focusing on the things that matter most.
Reconnecting with Music
Despite these setbacks, 2024 also saw me reconnect with my music in a big way. Since launching my releases, my music has been added to over 1,500 playlists on Spotify, amassing an incredible 100,000 streams. It’s been humbling and inspiring to see my work resonate with so many listeners.
On top of that, my Instagram following has grown to over 20,000, and my YouTube channel now has more than 1,200 subscribers. These milestones remind me of the power of community and creativity, even during challenging times.
A Neglected Blog and a Renewed Focus
One area I regret neglecting in 2024 is my website and blog. Between illness, music, and other commitments, I struggled to keep up with regular updates. This year, I’m determined to change that by concentrating on building a thriving online community.
Expect to see regular blog posts, video updates, and behind-the-scenes content that brings you closer to my projects and passions. I’ll also be going back to document and share the changes and modifications I’ve made to my motorcycles, which I had planned to write about last year. From small tweaks to major upgrades, these posts will showcase the journey of making my bikes truly my own.
Whether I’m sharing updates on my music, motorcycle adventures, or general glimpses into my life, I’m excited to create content that resonates with you. This renewed focus will allow me to combine my love for music, motorcycles, and the creative process in ways I hope will both inspire and engage.
Highlights of the Motorcycling Year
While my health kept me from some events, I did manage to participate in Theo’s Egg Run and The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride in 2024. Both were incredible opportunities to connect with the motorcycle community and ride for causes close to my heart.
I’m excited to share that I’ll be launching my moto vlog channel on YouTube this year. This new project will give me the chance to blend my love of motorcycles with content creation, featuring everything from ride adventures to reviews and insights into the motorcycling lifestyle.
Mental Health Advocacy
My passion for motorcycles extends beyond the rides themselves, as I’ve continued my involvement with Mental Health Motorbike. I’m proud to say that I’m now the Regional Coordinator for South Yorkshire, a role that allows me to work more closely with the motorcycling community to promote mental health awareness and support.
This year, I plan to dedicate even more time to Mental Health Motorbike, combining my personal and professional interests to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
Looking Ahead
As I step into 2025, I’m filled with gratitude for the opportunities and connections that 2024 brought, even in the face of challenges. This year promises exciting new projects, continued music releases, and more involvement in the motorcycle and mental health communities.
Here’s to making 2025 a year of growth, creativity, and connection. Wishing you all a Happy New Year and looking forward to sharing the journey with you!
