My Ride: Ducati Scrambler Classic

The Ducati Scrambler Classic features an 803cc, 4v air-cooled L-Twin engine that produces 75bhp and reaches a top speed of 130mph. I bought mine from SMC Bikes earlier this month, right after passing my MOD1.

Just two days ago, I passed my MOD2, and now, on my 46th birthday, I’m lucky enough to be spending the day riding this stunning bike.

The Scrambler is absolutely gorgeous and came with some fantastic accessories already fitted, including soft panniers, a fly screen, a tank strap with a phone holder, and a beautiful Termignoni exhaust that sounds incredible.

Before heading out for my birthday ride, I added a few personal touches: an Evotech-Performance skid plate, crash bobbins, a rectifier guard, and an oil cooler guard to ensure it’s ready for anything.

Mudguard Modification

This will possibly upset the fans of the Scrambler Classic but I don't like the long rear mudguard so I'm going to swap it out for the shorter one as found on the Icon and other Scrambler variants and also fit the tyre hugger with number plate mount.
